My profession is a dog trainer, I also run the Brighton Flyball club and have 2 beautiful Dogs of my own; A Border Collie called Max and a Collie X Husky called Sam.
I am Doggy First Aid Certified, have a distinction in Animal Learning Theory and hold Canine Behaviour and Canine Couselling Awards.
As flyball is the most accessible of all the dog sports, i have lots of experience with all shapes, sizes and temperaments of dogs, many of which are rescues. I currently run 6 classes a week, teaching up to 12 dogs per class. Classes include Beginners, Intermediate and Competitive.
Periodically i run a six week puppy training course for dogs between 6-12 months with up to 8 pups in a class.
Ever since i was born ive had dogs in my family. I progressed from walking my own dogs to walking my friends dogs and now i also walk dogs professionally and own a training club!
I also regularly board dogs, but would kindly ask that i am made aware of any known behavioural issues before booking so that i can assess suitability on a case by case basis. (Lack of housetraining, no recall, destructive tendencies if left for a short time, barking etc).
We are unable to accept unneutered males over 12 months of age.
