I've always had dogs as part of my family. When I was 7, we adopted a dog from a shelter, found out a few weeks later she was pregnant. She ended up having 7 puppies. We kept the runt and raised the other until they were old enough to be given homes. The one we kept, we named speckles and he grew up to be 115 lbs. He was a part of our family for 12 years before passing away last September. 4 years ago my mum finally allowed me to adopted my own puppy. That was how I got my current dog Lola. We got her from a shelter as a puppy and now she has become my baby. She is a mutt but is mostly german shepherd which has caused her to have dwarfism. So despite being fully grown, she only stands about knee height. And at christmas last year, my mum adopted a pom/shitzu/bichon puppy who she named winnie. That is basically the extent of my most recent dogs. While we currently have both Lola and Winnie, Lola is mine. I imagine if I ever have children, that is how much I love her. This is where the sad part comes in. I've come to bristol from canada to attend uni. This means long periods of time where I don't get to see her. I miss my dog cuddle time.
I'll make a great buddy/walker for your dog(s) as I'm only taking classes part time right now so I have plenty of spare time, and a flexible schedule. Also it would be really helpful in helping me pay my tuition. So ya, that's pretty much it.
