We are a family of four. I work for a charity managing service contracts and fundraising. Leo is a Development Officer. Our kids are aged 6 and 4. We are absolutely bonkers about dogs - especially our son who has to stop and stroke every dog we past.
Unfortunately due to work commitments we cannot own a dog at the moment but we would love to dog-sit and have that pleasure for a short time. Our kids would be thrilled as they have been banging on about owning a pet.
Leo is also a football referee at the weekends and we often accompany him in the various parks across SE London. It would be lovely to share our weekend with your lovely dog rather than watching the game! Your dog would be lavished with lots of walks, cuddles, attention and love from us.
We live one minute walk from a fantastic doggy park called Hayes Common. We are also very near The Knoll, Warren Wood and Brook/Mazzards Wood which is why we feel we are able to offer to dog-sit for a weekend or a few days in the week or during the school holidays. We also have a 100ft secure garden.
I grew up with a Golden Labrador when I was 8 and she lived to 16. We were devastated. I still miss her and our walkies.
We can offer walks, daycare or dog-boarding overnight. We are happy to pick up and drop off if you live close by.
