Sophie, dog sitter in Carlisle
About Sophie

***Currently in alternative accommodation due to floods and only able to accept 1 dog at a time***)

We offer weekend sitting only (I have a Monday-Friday job but can sometimes also cover extra one day either side of the weekend if I have enough notice).

I have a large house with enclosed yard near the centre of Carlisle and very close to Rickerby park.

I have always loved animals. I grew up with a variety of dogs from labs to border terriers to a basset hound and love the unique personality traits of each.

I have a 3 year old bulldog/staffy cross who is incredibly sociable and bouncy, 2 cats (one very sociable with dogs) and a chinchilla. This means I will only look after dogs who are dog, cat and furry friendly.

Dogs will generally be walked in Rickerby park but there will be the occasional treat trip in the car to the beach or local woods. Dogs generally have full access to the house (puppy gates are in place for periodic restriction i.e. if a dog is nervous about eating with others present we can lock off the kitchen) and can treat it as their own. They will be supervised at all times.

Still loves it with you, moping round like having a child at Grandmas and being spoilt then coming home to reality X

A big thanks to Sophie, Oscar loved his stay with Sophie. He gets to run round the park with Poppy and gets spoilt rotten
