About Julie

Hi, my name is Julie and I live on the outskirts of Catterick Garrison with my 5year old son. There is acres of space for your dogs to explore and I love walking for hours through the countryside with a dog or two in tow.

Having been a dog owner for the majority of my life, I know how important man's best friend is to their owner. I provide a friendly, professional and relaxed service to all where you can be sure your pet will be loved and cared for as a member of the family until your return. I am also happy to care for other small pets if it is required.

At the moment we do not have a pet dog, but the most recent one we had was a Beagle called Bailey. Over the years I have also owned Golden Retrievers, an Alsatian and a few mongrel and rescue dogs. I have experience caring for puppies, the more lively of our friends(!), elderly, sick and nervous dogs.

Our home is a comfortable detached 3 bed house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a medium sized garden for all to play in and a short walk through the village brings you to miles and miles of lanes, fields and hills to play on and hedges to sniff! A short car ride provides river walks, the dales and more hills. It's a true doggy paradise.

Julie was fabulous. I was very apprehensive at leaving one of my dogs as he can be a worrier but julie completely put my mind at ease and the dogs had a lovely stay. Really great to receive updates and pictures of them out walking and having fun even curled up on the sofa! We will definitely be back. Thanks again Jen

My dog Treacle went to Julie for boarding. Would highly recommend! Very laid back, confident with all the dogs in her care who were equally as relaxed in her company and environment. Thank you for having Treacle!

We are staying in Yorkshire on holiday and I had researched Julie before we came and carefully read her bio and the reviews. She was great - friendly and approachable and always quick to reply. We met her briefly before our first day care session - which went very well, Frankie settled in quickly. Frankie's first day also went well - she seemed happy and had made friends, and was tired out from all the play when we got her home! We will be back next week!
