I booked my puppy Biscuit in for two separate 7 hours stays with Theresa on one booking, paying for two full day boards. The first stay went without a hitch and I arrived shortly after 7pm to pick him up as agreed. The night before the second stay I contacted Theresa to say there was a possibility that I could be there at anything from 7 - 7.30pm depending on traffic to pick Biscuit up, I wasn’t sure. Theresa was apparently going out that night and had to be somewhere for 8pm. She asked me to promise to be there at 7pm. I said I couldn’t 100% promise but would do my best. I asked her do I need to cancel because I can’t guarantee 7pm, it was out of my control, and also I mentioned I was a bit shocked about the possibility of being 30 minutes late was such a problem (she still had time to get to where she was going it was local). I eventually received a message back saying for me to get there as soon as I can (which is fair enough, that was my intention and I may have well been there for 7pm). While in the process of replying I would do that, I was shocked to receive another message from her suddenly telling me she was “unhappy with my tone and that I had to seek alternative arrangements”. I had been polite throughout my contact with her and in no way deserving of this response. This is not a lady you can depend on! She has my money, she cancelled my dogs stay and despite asking for a refund she hasn’t offered one! This is my amended review as Theresa’s attitude magically changed towards me very shortly after I had already left a good review for Biscuits stay.
