About Andy

We would be more than happy to host your dog whilst you are away on summer holiday, off for a long weekend break, having day out, or maybe having to work long and inconvenient hours.

•Your pet will have a holiday of their own

•No kennel cages, just lots of family fun

•You can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is in good hands

Spring arrives with a burst of warm weather for the weekend but easter disappoints. But never mind we are now walking the dogs through fresh green fields and as the foliage appears on the trees the Bluebells start to bloom. Longer day lengths mean longer walks although this spring rain can mean a rub down with a dry the towel when we get home.

We can accommodate active dogs who like long walks or maybe you have a quieter dog who is less active but likes lots of attention. We will also happily host your puppy from 16 weeks of age. Your dog will sleep in the house and will be welcome to sit in with the family during the day.

We have a large house set in mature woodland which is an excellent situation for dogs. We've had dogs here at our house for nearly 30 years. When requested we foster dogs for national and local charities whilst they are awaiting permanent homes and when we are not doing this we host dogs (and cats) whilst there owners are on holiday. Of course your dog must be fully vaccinated before we can host and following the recent change in the law all dogs must now be chipped.

We do except bookings at short notice but earlier you book the more likely we are to be able to host your dog.

A portion of hosting income goes to help a national animal support charity.

We were a bit anxious leaving Lazer for the first time but Andy put us at ease right away, his house and woodland is perfect for dogs & he is obviously very experianced in handling them. Lazer was so chilled out and happy when we picked her up! She will definitly be visiting again! Thanks Andy!

Lazer was chilled out dog. Happiness was a long walk, a bowl of food and then being fast asleep in her dog bed by a roaring log fire. You are welcome back anytime Lazer.

I had total confidence in leaving Dillion with Andy. During his stay we were sent photos and messages and when we picked him up Andy gave us plenty of information about his stay. A big thank you to Andy and his family, I know that Dillion will happily visit again.

Connie loved her time with Andy and his family. They made her feel like one of their own and she can't wait to visit again.

18 weeks old and bursting with energy and enthusiasm. Connie was a breath of fresh air for us as she explored and played both at the house and when out walking. She will be coming back next week and has further hosting dates booked through the summer which we look forward to.
