About Andy

We would be more than happy to host your dog whilst you are away on summer holiday, off for a long weekend break, having day out, or maybe having to work long and inconvenient hours.

•Your pet will have a holiday of their own

•No kennel cages, just lots of family fun

•You can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is in good hands

Spring arrived with a burst of warm weather for the weekend but easter disappointed. But never mind we are now walking the dogs through fresh green fields and as the foliage appears on the trees the Bluebells are in full bloom. Longer day lengths mean longer walks although this recent rain can mean a rub down with a dry the towel when we get home.

We can accommodate active dogs who like long walks or maybe you have a quieter dog who is less active but likes lots of attention. We will also happily host your puppy from 16 weeks of age. Your dog will sleep in the house and will be welcome to sit in with the family during the day.

We have a large house set in mature woodland which is an excellent situation for dogs. We've had dogs here at our house for nearly 30 years. When requested we foster dogs for national and local charities whilst they are awaiting permanent homes and when we are not doing this we host dogs (and cats) whilst there owners are on holiday. Of course your dog must be fully vaccinated before we can host and following the recent change in the law all dogs must now be chipped.

We do except bookings at short notice but earlier you book the more likely we are to be able to host your dog.

A portion of hosting income goes to help a national animal support charity.

Peppa had a wonderful time. Peppa is a energetic dog and with being from Dogs Trust, she can be quite nervous However she was really comfortable here and after a weekend of long walks, she was exhausted after her weekend away Thank you very much

Peppa behaved really well whilst we were hosting her and was great around the house and garden. She has obviously found her perfect forever home with you guys.

Bertie has come home very happy and very tired after another stay with Andy. I love the walkies updates that I receive by email, it's great to know he's getting so much exercise! (No wonder he's tired!!) Thanks so much for having him.

Always a pleasure to host Bertie. I also really like Walkies updates as they are easy to use with just a couple of clicks at the start of the walk and a couple more at the end. Very helpful for a dogs owner and my daily records.

This was the first time I had left Connie for a few days but Andy And his family couldn't have been kinder. They sent me pictures and didn't mind my endless questions as to how she was doing. She had a wonderful time, playing with the other dogs and going on lovely long walks. She came home happy, sleepy and beautifully behaved, which is brilliant!! Thank you.

Connie is the smartest little dog you could ever hope to meet. Nothing phased here at all. She was just a bundle of energy from early morning to late at night. Looking forward to hosting her again soon.
