About Gillian
My parents were dog breeders (Staffordshire Bull Terriers) and I have loved and looked after dogs from an early age. I later lived on a farm where I cared for horses, dogs, and a variety of other animals. I am now a fit, active and sensible mature lady who can offer a safe, comfortable stay for your dog while you are away.
I live in a detached house with a safe, enclosed garden. I'm located in a rural village just outside of Durham City, (not far from Junction 62 of the A1M) with lovely countryside walks right on my doorstep. I love the outdoors and if your dog enjoys being the centre of attention, having fun and interesting walks, then I can tailor the stay to meet his or her individual needs. I pay great attention to detail in order to ensure your dog is happy until you return.

Really happy with leaving my dog with Gillian. She seemed relaxed as soon as we walked in and was the same when I picked her up. Will definitely use again.

Gillian was amazing! She accommodated us at short notice and took good care of Neo! He had a super-long walk which was just what he needed during the day and ensured he slept well in the car on the journey home. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with her again soon. Thanks Gillian! x

Gillian is absolutely brilliant with Domino. She takes him out for long walks and he loves being there. Many thanks
