About julie

I am an animal lover and have been all my life though it is dogs that I am most passionate about and could never imagine my family life without a dog been a big part of it. I can not imagine, ever, been able to live without having one in my home to meet me with a forever wagging tail, comfort me if I am feeling a bit fed up or to accompany me on the lovely long walks everyday. We currently have a very friendly 5 year old golden Labrador called Molly, who we rescued at 10 months, prior to Molly 2 Previous rescues that lived long, happy life's until they were both 15. Molly loves everyone and almost everything, although I am not to sure about her forming any great friendships with cats. She loves her walks, chasing her ball and playing with other dogs. We have a very nice park on our doorstep that we visit everyday and Molly meets her bestie Brody a spaniel, we also have easy access to many other areas of Leeds and the surrounding areas for long relaxing walks that we visit regularly too. Molly often has the best seat in the house, I am sure she will happily share with any doggie friends who want to. We have a secure garden that Molly has access to all day when it is dry as we always have the back door open leading into it with the gate bolted from the inside to avoid anyone opening the gate. Any dog that came to stay with us I can guarantee, would be a very happy one that has being smothered with lots of cuddles to make them feel loved, this would hopefully prevent them from missing their parents too much. I have a 12 year old son who loves playing football with Molly, he would welcome any other football mad dog to join them. I sponsor two dogs at dogs trust and also a guide dog puppy called Hudson who is doing very well with his training. My dream has always been to open a rescue and give every dog a loving home with the same principles as dogs trust, if I ever win the lottery that's what I will doing. I am also DBS checked as I work part time with Students.

Ambers stay with Julie was the best I could of hoped for. We had looked around kennels and panicked as Amber is such a emotional dog and then we luckily found Mollys Lodge and when we dropped her off and met Julie and Molly all my anxieties went. Julie sent constant updates and photos while we were away and all through her stay I could tell Amber was looked after so well with lots of love from the family and the lovely dog nanny Molly. So glad we found them and knowing they are there! Thank you all muchly. Jules, Marcin and Amber xxx

Thankyou Jules, and Marcin for the lovley words and for giving us the pleasure of a very entertaining and livley few days with your little whirlwind, shes a character who's love of the outdoors is contagious. Molly loved her too and the fact that she was happy to share her toys and pretend to be a spring while playing 😃. Thanks again for the lovley gifts for myself and Molly they were really appreciated. You know where we are if Amber needs a break 😆 or maybe you do. Julie

Julie was wonderful with Otis. From the initial meeting, the pictures and updates whilst we were away and to the collection, Julie was a pleasure to deal with. She is a true dog lover and our Labrador loved every minute with her. Will definitely be using again. Thanks for taking good care of Otis.

Thanks Carl, it was lovley having Otis stay, the house is strange without him. Moll is missing him too and the swapping of beds. He is a lovley boy who fitted straight in to our family and was no trouble at all, at his happiest with a mouthful of tennis balls or food, True lab 😉 , love him he's welcome anytime. 🐶 Julie.

Your very welcome, thanks for this, I like to think all owners are comfortable and reassured that their furbaby is happy,Scamp is lovley and fitted into our routine without any problems, I did think at times that I had grown a dog on my side bless him he loved to be close to me, molly and him didn't mind sharing everything including beds, toys and sofa, obviously been labs they preferred to not share their food.😂 Loved him, hes welcome anytime.
