I am no amateur at dog boarding and walking- I've been looking after friends' dogs for over two years now, including young rascals and soft oldies, big and small alike!
We live in a three-floor townhouse by a lovely lake and a canal where I walk my own pooches- Toby (Labradoodle) and Archie (Cockerjack), for over an hour each day.
My family have always had dogs boarding in the house so I really understand the worries that owners have when they leave their dogs, and how much your doggies can miss you while you are away. So, we make sure to entertain and exercise your pooches as much as we can and possibly even teach them some tricks :)
My partner and I are on Masters courses, so we are home a lot, hence being able to board dogs :) We try to never leave our dogs for too long because they miss us!
We have some set rules, so our dogs aren't allowed on the sofa or in our bedroom (Cough, ignore the picture of Archie on the sofa), and we ask all owners to warn us if the dogs may have house training, escaping or leash pulling problems. We have baby gates to prevent dogs running out of the house when the front door opens too.
Have no worries and get regular updates from us on your pets- we love a good doggie selfie! We have also just started to log our walks, so you can know where we went for walkies and how long for. :)
