About David

Born and raised in South Africa, we always owned at least 3 dogs at a time. I’ve grown up with 3 adorable dachshunds, a genius poodle, a fat spaniel, the worlds’ most loving basset hound, a playful husky, and the naughtiest chocolate Lab that still swims 3 times a day. Most of our adopted canine family members slept in their own room, the free spirited husky preferred to sleep outside and a dachshund of two weaselled their way into human beds.

Since moving to London I’ve not been able to own a dog due to work commitments and I have so missed a canine companion. Now I work from home, we have a spare room and instead of renting the room out on Airbnb I’d much rather open our home and hearts to more loving house guests.

Your pooch will receive plenty of love, walks, their own room (if required), more walks, and some more love.

You will receive photo and video updates during your dogs’ vacation and peace of mind that your best friend is now my best friend, and as such is being well looked after.

David was very helpful and accommodating at short notice and our puppy had a lovely time, came back tired and very content. I'm sure he will be back!
