I've just completed my master's degree at King's College London and while I search for the right organization with which to begin my career, I do still need to pay my rent. To be able to do this by way of walks in the park, playing and cuddling with my all time favourite creatures is a dream. Since day one of my 24 years on this earth, I have had at least two dog friends by my side. I understand them, I love them, and I need them in my life.
I live right across from Ruskin Park, which is such a dog friendly area. We will spend a lot of our time over there, walking or running (whichever they prefer). I am experienced with all types of dogs (shepherds, hounds, rescues, sickly, allergy-prone, pitt bulls etc...) and have been a dog sitter for a very long time (back in the states). Most of my experience is with German Shepherds but I love all dogs, big and small, nervous and eccentric, playful and shy. Please let me know your dogs disposition and I will do my best to make them feel comfortable and mold our activities to their character.
I live in a ground floor flat with a private garden so they do not always have to be on a lead. I do not have any dogs personally (as they are back in the states with my parents) so there is no need to worry about territoriality or introductions to see if they get on. I would love to be introduced though, in case you need to see how we interact. I get on magnificently with dogs. I have a lot of energy and will make sure they get lots of exercise if they're young and/or excitable but I also love a good cuddle and slow walks if they're old and/or calm.
