About Kathy

See reviews from my Rover profile (USA): https://www.rover.com/members/kathy-h-dog-foster-rescue-volunteer/

I fostered for Hope Animal Rescue in Durham, NC (USA) for one year while attending school at Duke University, having taken care of 5 dogs (both male and female, a range of 8-70 pounds, from calm to playful, both young and adult dogs) during that time, with an average time period of 3-4 weeks. Since many of these dogs came straight from shelters, I also have experience with crate, leash, and basic commands training, as well as knowledge of basic illness symptoms and issues in dogs, skills which I've learned from training sessions administered by the rescue.

Please note: If you'd like to have your dog stay at my flat, I prefer that for our Meet & Greet you come to my place, as I don't have a car, and it would be best for your dog to get acquainted with the space.
