Bentley has stayed with Bea and her family in several occasions in the last couple of years. He is always happy to see them and we feel he is looked after when we are unable to take him with us. He receives a lot of attension and they genuinely love dogs!

I was happy to leave our young cockapoo with Bea and her family for one week after a very encouraging meet and greet beforehand, however we ended up regretting this decision. I arrived back at their house to pick the dog up a little earlier than anticipated (around 10am). Bea's partner opened the front door, seemingly quite bemused about who I was and why I was there as we hadn't met before. After eventually establishing I was there to collect our dog, I was able to walk through the front door and to my dismay found she was locked up in her crate in another room. Bea's partner was downstairs with one of their young children and Bea was still in bed. I have since had much communication with Dogbuddy about my dissatisfaction over this but it has been decided by them there is insufficient evidence to prove any negligence on the host's part. Whilst I'm not happy with their decision I must say they've been very attentive and efficient with their replies. I know Bea will respond to this review and continue to maintain she is innocent of any wrongdoing. She claims the dog was locked up only when I knocked on the door - but in my opinion it was not physically possible to do so such a very short space of time it. Anyone reading this review will be able to make their own mind up whether they would leave their dog with these people - I wouldn't.
