I was happy to leave our young cockapoo with Bea and her family for one week after a very encouraging meet and greet beforehand, however we ended up regretting this decision. I arrived back at their house to pick the dog up a little earlier than anticipated (around 10am). Bea's partner opened the front door, seemingly quite bemused about who I was and why I was there as we hadn't met before. After eventually establishing I was there to collect our dog, I was able to walk through the front door and to my dismay found she was locked up in her crate in another room. Bea's partner was downstairs with one of their young children and Bea was still in bed. I have since had much communication with Dogbuddy about my dissatisfaction over this but it has been decided by them there is insufficient evidence to prove any negligence on the host's part. Whilst I'm not happy with their decision I must say they've been very attentive and efficient with their replies. I know Bea will respond to this review and continue to maintain she is innocent of any wrongdoing. She claims the dog was locked up only when I knocked on the door - but in my opinion it was not physically possible to do so such a very short space of time it. Anyone reading this review will be able to make their own mind up whether they would leave their dog with these people - I wouldn't.

Highly recommended. Was the first time Keira has stayed away from home and I am so pleased that I found such a lovely, caring family for her. Bea was so reassuring and confident on our 1st meeting, I had no worries or concerns when the time came for her stay. Any questions before and during the stay were answered really quickly and Bea was happy and eager to follow Keira's normal routine from home. I will definately be booking with Bea and her family every time.

Our three boys have just enjoyed a five day stay with Bea and her family. Bea was very efficient to replying to emails and meeting with us and the boys prior to the stay. Bea was keen to ensure that the boys maintained their routine. The boys enjoyed lots of cuddles and attention in Bea's loving family home. Messages and photos that Bea sent to us during the stay was proof that the boys were very happy. I would highly recommend Bea, you and your doggie will not be disappointed.
