Dogs and cats feel safe with me, and chilled. I'm not overbearing, just attentive to their needs, I love Jackson Galaxy's "My Cat from Hell" and Cesar Millan's "Dog Whisperer", from which I have deepened my understanding of dogs, as well as cats.
I do not have pets of my own at present, as it's just been too heartbreaking for me when they passed, but I really miss our four-legged friends' company, so instead I will help you when you need someone to take care of your friend for a day or longer.
I'm awake quite late and mostly work from home so times are fairly flexible to suit your needs for emergency bookings. I can take care of your cat too, although it is better for cats to stay in their territory, so it's probably only for emergencies.
I have several kinds of blankets available, and a big room at street level where I usually work. Your friend can hang out with me and choose where to have a lie in. The picture shows half the room.
There is a big park close by (big enough that we don't have to hang around other dogs if this is preferable), and a few quiet streets.
Day care is for 9 hours max from around 9am.
Regular early start (before 8:45am) or longer hours up to 11 hours have an additional fee of £5 or more.
Please note: care for puppies and dogs who are not toilet trained outside of their own home will be an additional £5/day - l prefer to know in advance so I can waterproof my place, allow for more walks, and give them more attention. The additional cost goes toward carpet cleaning and waterproofing equipment. I'm happy to participate in any housebreaking training you are doing so my approach is consistent with yours.
I also offer half days (via a custom booking) for up to 3 hours (£10 at the time of writing), and evenings from £16.
Hppy to help with any kind of training.
While I generally take less than 3 dogs at a time, your companion needs to be reasonably friendly to other dogs to keep the harmony.
