Please note - While I love all dogs, my little dog Colin gets anxious around larger dogs. For this reason, I can only take in small breeds weighing less than 20lb. Thanks!
I have never known life without dogs. To me, a house isn't a home without one. Growing up in Malta we always had at least five at one time, and from an early age I preferred the company of dogs to humans.
Today, me and my partner Matthew have a miniature Dachshund called Colin. Colin is four years old and he loves to play with his toys and other small dogs. Matthew works for a tech start-up and I work from home as a crochet pattern designer so your dog would never be left alone. Colin is my very best friend and we have a great time hanging out in the garden, going for walks and snuggling up on the sofa. We both love to have other small canine friends around to keep us company. As a very protective dog-parent myself, I understand how scary it can be to leave your baby with someone new. With me you can rest assured that your dog will be treated as if he/she were part of our family and you will regularly be sent photo updates to help give you peace of mind.
I administer pills orally and brush Colin's teeth daily so it won't be a problem if your dog has similar requirements. When boarding, I can also be flexible with sleeping arrangements depending on what your dog is used to at home. I am more than happy the have him/her sleep with us in our bedroom if that is preferred.
Our house is close to two parks which makes daily walks easy. There are no limitations to how long or short your dog's stay can be and we are usually able to accept last minute bookings and cancellations.
I really look forward to hearing from you and getting to know your furry friends!
