Having grown up on a farm in rural Ireland where I have been surrounded by dogs, horses, ducks and rabbits for 21 years, I can safely say that I am true lover of the ever-faithful friend... dogs! I have not only owned dogs as pets, but have trained dogs for farm work and so consider myself experienced in the ways of the dog! As someone who enjoys outdoor activities and isn't afraid to get a bit muddy, long walks in parks or even runs with the dog/dogs are 100% good with me. I have a strong history with hunting or working dog breeds such as Spaniels, Collies, Hounds, Retrievers and Labradors. However, can assure you that I love and care deeply for all and each breed of the aptly named, mans best friend.
I am DBS checked and have a solid history with employers and references you can contact if needs be. I am a very recent graduate from the University of Manchester where I studied English Literature and Drama and received a 2:1. Now, as a the daunting prospect of a career looms, I am currently working part-time as a Sales and Information Assistant at a local theatre. However, before even beginning to look for a full-time, 9-5 type job I am taking the next year to do, well, just this! Enjoy myself! And the opportunity to walk such wonderful creatures as dogs is a big part of that.
Truthfully, that gorgeous black cocker spaniel in my pictures, Susie, is my reasons behind missing dogs company so much. She is the best companion anyone could ever have and I would just love the opportunity to spend sometime with one of these kind and wonderful creatures again!
So, enough of the waffling, give me a shout!
