About Sue

Our love of dogs started over 35 years ago when we had our first Rescue dog, and after that came our passion & love of Dalmatians & Chinese Crested Hairless dogs.

Dogs have always been part of our family, and your dog(s) will be treated the same, with lots of love and attention, and home comforts too. We have lovely walks nearby - very dog friendly, with lots of places to explore. Our home is dog friendly, with a secure walled garden - sadly we have lost all of our own dogs now to old age.

For a few years, I volunteered with Dalmatian Rescue, vetting homes, and fostering Dalmatians (to assess them before they went to their new homes).

Most of our dogs have been from Rescue Organizations, and over the past 35 years, we have fostered (temporarily & permanently) many dogs (including Crossbreeds, Belgian Shepherd, Spaniel, Chinese Crested & Dalmatians - one of whom was blind from birth), lots of whom went on to permanent loving homes.

I have been a trainer at several Dog Obedience Training Clubs in past years, and competed with my dogs Sam & Cid, in Obedience Competitions. I have also shown Cid, one of our Dalmatians, and Lennie, our Chinese Crested, at Breed Shows (including Crufts) in the 1990's.

Opening times for Drop Off and Pick Up are between 8am and 3pm, 7 days a week but we try to be flexible to accommodate your needs - just ask when booking.

Prices at Bank Holidays cost more than normal, so please use the message button to send your Dates and Drop-Off/Pick Up times, to obtain a Custom Quote.

We have a maximum of 4 dogs on any day/night, depending on the size of the dog, so as dates fill up very quickly, we advise early booking.

We must see a current vaccination certificate for all dogs, and first vaccinations must be completed at least 4 weeks before your dogs holiday with us - this does not apply to boosters.

All dogs must attend a Meet & Greet, prior to starting their FIRST holiday with us.

Our westie Max had a lovely time with Sue and Craig. It was lovely to get regular videos and photos while he was there. The meet and greet before hand put our mind at rest. It is obvious that they are dog lovers and we wouldn't hesitste to use them again. Already recommended them to friends. Thank you both x
