I welcome dogs of all breeds and ages and, as a mature Veterinary Medicine student, I have the experience and knowledge needed to provide your four-legged friend with the best care possible!
Dogs staying with me will have full access to the downstairs of the house, to the dog-safe rear garden and to regular walks during the day. Located in a quiet residential area, I have easy access to the surrounding countryside for walks in the park, with plenty of opportunities for off-lead exploration!
As a trainee Vet, I understand that every dog is different and am therefore happy to create a schedule that works for your pet - whether that be adhering to specific food guidelines and meal times, adjusting the amount of exercise undertaken or providing medication.
I understand that leaving your pet, whether it be for the day, a week or a month, can be a nerve-wracking experience, and so I endeavour to make the process as easy as possible! I am more than happy to meet with you and your four-legged friend prior to providing care, and would also be able to provide written or photo updates of your dog's experiences throughout their stay.
I share my home with a neutered 1 and a half-year-old mini dachshund, Bernard, who is incredibly friendly with both dogs and people alike. I also have a caged pet rat, Patch.
