Very professional. Brian made a real effort to get to know Rocky prior to taking him on. Rocky is rather spoilt at home , with all family members doting on him. Brian had to share his time with Rocky, along with other dogs ( sometimes 4-5 at a time..).Brain also sent us a video recording of Rocky via Whatsapp- while we were away which was really nice of him and reassured us immensely. Thank you very much, Brian..

Brian put a lot of time in getting to know our 9 month pup and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to everyone! He knows dogs so well and we know he will make it fun and enjoyable for the dog.
