Quiet Life Dog Boarding is an alternative to the noisy environment of a kennel. Many dogs find staying at a kennel to be a stressful ordeal, particularly if they have a history linked to an animal rescue centre - dogs can associate being left at a kennel with their own previous experiences of abandonment. This is where Quiet Life Dog Boarding comes in. We offer a cosy home environment free from other dogs and strange people, in which your dog(s) can feel comfortable with their every need tended to as if they had never left home.
Myself and my partner absolutely love dogs and have both been surrounded by them from a young age. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes, having been involved in water rescue training with Newfoundlands to voluntary dog walking pugs for people with terminal illness. I have also worked with troubled dogs at Capricorn Animal Rescue, near Wrexham. I know how unnerving it can be for your dog to be left in an unfamiliar environment and I make every effort to reassure them and love them as if they were my own whilst they are visiting!
Our garden is not the biggest by any means, but we do have access to the countryside which is literally 30 seconds walk and so taking your dog out for regular walks is never a problem and can be done as often as you or your dog wishes. Our home is a cosy & warm 2 bedroom house in the Welsh countryside, your dog will have the pick of either our sofa or his/her own bed if you would prefer to bring that with you.
In short: your dog will be warm; safe and undisturbed; well exercised and of course; well loved!
If you do pick us to look after your dog(s) then we will email you with updates and photos so you can be sure your dog is safe and sound.
